Refund Policy
At With Arte and Gusto, we are committed to providing excellent service to our clients.
However, due to the nature of our business, certain terms and conditions apply to our refund policy.
By booking our catering services, you agree to the following refund policy:

1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount is 50 per cent of the total contract value.
​
2. Cancellations:
​
• Cancellations made four or more weeks before the event will receive a refund of 90 per cent of the total deposit paid.
​
• Cancellations made within the last three weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
​
3. Changes to the Event: Changes to the event (e.g., guest count, menu adjustments) made within three weeks prior to the event may incur additional fees or result in the cancellation of certain items or services. No refunds will be issued for these changes.
​
4. Refund Process: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within seven days after the cancellation request is received.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Force Majeure: If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), a partial refund may be offered, subject to the discretion of With Arte and Gusto
6. No Show or Client Changes: No refund will be issued for no-shows or changes initiated by the client on the event date.
​
7. Event Satisfaction: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our catering service, we encourage you to contact us immediately to address any concerns. We aim to resolve issues to the best of our ability but do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction after the event.
By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
