My name is Marco Claudio Valente ,

I am an Italian-trained Civil Engineer, MRICS Chartered Surveyor and BIID Affiliate, with a multinational background in property asset management, technical due diligence and architectural and interior design advisory.

Since 1992, I have been managing residential property assets across Italy, Spain and London, developing a specialised expertise in supporting international buyers through the full acquisition process, from initial search to technical evaluation and final decision.

My approach combines engineering precision, RICS-level professional standards, and deep knowledge of the Italian and Spanish residential markets.

I believe that buying a property abroad should feel exciting, not uncertain.
For this reason, I provide independent, buyer-focused advisory, helping clients navigate the process with clarity, avoid costly mistakes, and make informed decisions with confidence.
